A guided sound bath will help you release emotional blockages, while art therapy and creative psychotherapy provide a safe space to connect with your inner child’s voice.   • Herbal tea & light, nourishing snacks

  • Group introductions & gentle grounding exercise

  • Setting intentions: "Reconnecting with Our Inner Child"

9:30 AM – Gentle Yoga & Breath work for Inner Soothing (60 min)

  • Slow, mindful movements to awaken the body

  • Guided pranayama (breathwork) for emotional release

  • Closing with a child’s pose meditation to invite playfulness

10:30 AM – Nature Walk & Silent Reflection (30 min)

  • A mindful nature walk to connect with curiosity and wonder

  • Journaling prompts:

    • What did your inner child love to do?

    • What message does your inner child have for you today?

​11:00 AM – Creative Psychotherapy & Inner Child Expression (60 min)​

  • Art Therapy Activity:

    • Painting, drawing, or sculpting your inner child

    • Writing a letter to or from your inner child

  • Guided Reflection:

    • Releasing limiting childhood narratives

    • Embracing joy, play, and self-compassion

12:00 PM – Sound Bath for Deep Healing & Integration (60 min)

  • Immersive sound healing with Tibetan bowls, gongs, and chimes

  • Guided visualization: "Meeting Your Inner Child"

  • Deep rest and energetic alignment

1:00 PM – Wholesome Plant-Based Lunch & Mindful Eating (60 min)

  • A colorful, nourishing meal to support emotional balance

  • Gentle music and silent appreciation for food

2:00 PM – Creative Play & Somatic Movement (45 min)

  • Playful free movement (dance, stretching, or intuitive motion)

  •  Intuitive painting, or storytelling

  • Inner child journaling:

    • What does my inner child need more of?

    • How can I bring more playfulness into my daily life?

🌙 Closing: Reflection & Integration

​

3:00 PM – Restorative Yoga & Body Awareness (60 min)

  • Gentle, supportive postures to release stored emotions

  • Inner child self-hug and affirmation practice

​

4:00 PM – Closing Tea Ceremony & Sharing Circle (45 min)

  • Group reflections and heartfelt shares

  • Writing an affirmation or commitment to your inner child

  • Closing gratitude practice

4:45 PM – Free Time & Departure

  • Option for journaling, solo meditation, or nature reflection

  • Take-home creative prompts and self-care practices
